Comprehensive Facade Restoration
At Evolution Abseilers, we are in the final stages of completing a full-scale remedial and maintenance project at Oceanvale Apartments for Meriton, ensuring long-lasting repairs and improvements with minimal disruption to residents.
Project Scope & Key Works
Using rope access, we carried out:

Concrete repairs to restore structural integrity and prevent further deterioration.

Facade maintenance, ensuring the building’s exterior remains in top condition.

Full external repainting using a high-performance membrane system for superior weather resistance
Advanced Access & Rigging Techniques
To safely and efficiently access all areas of the 17-building complex, we implemented:

Lubbers handling up to 80kg, supported by tripods and advanced rigging techniques for secure material transport.

Tension lines to enhance maneuverability in challenging areas.

Spider EWP (Elevated Work Platform) for sections requiring additional reach and precision.

Smart Project Management & Reporting
Our team leverages a cloud-based project management system to track progress, report in real time, and ensure seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders. This system allows us to efficiently document remedial work, maintain transparency, and streamline communication throughout the project. With detailed visual reporting and progress tracking, we ensure that every phase of the restoration meets the highest standards.
